1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Swing Glove Switzerland online shop.

3. Offers and formation of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the order, the customer submits a binding offer. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer within Switzerland.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from the order date.

7. Returns
The voluntary right of return described in our return policy applies.

8. Liability
We are liable only for damage resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

9. Privacy
The provisions of our privacy policy apply.

10. Applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office.
