Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Swing Glove.

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Returning an item:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please contact us beforehand at support@swing-glove.ch so that we can provide the return address.

Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
